Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

The Service is a self-guided, 12-week relationship-pattern coaching program consisting of lessons, workbook exercises, a personal Pattern Log, and progress tracking tools. Week 1 is available free of charge; continued access to Weeks 2–12 requires an active paid subscription.

Not professional advice. The War Room is an educational and self-reflection program. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or your local emergency services.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Account sign-up, sign-in, and password reset are handled through our authentication provider, Buildy. Notify us immediately at info@ncwr.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Full membership is billed at $24.44/month, charged automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges except as described in our Refund Policy (/refund-policy).

We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Your content

Workbook answers, Pattern Log entries, and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display Your Content back to you as part of operating the Service. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose without your consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the program content without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's normal operation

7. Intellectual property

All program content, lessons, branding, and materials on the Service are owned by NCW or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use them only for your personal, non-commercial use of the program.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
