This Privacy Policy explains how NCW ("NCW," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of The War Room program at ncwr.app ("the Service"), collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Who we are
NCW operates The War Room, a 12-week relationship-pattern coaching program ("Come Back To Yourself"). If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@ncwr.app.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, and password (password is handled and stored by our authentication provider, Buildy — we never see or store your raw password).
Payment information: subscription payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details — Stripe handles this directly and shares with us only what's needed to manage your subscription (e.g. plan status, last 4 digits of card, billing history).
Program content you create: workbook answers, Pattern Log entries, and progress/tracker data you enter while using the Service.
Usage data: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used to keep the Service working correctly and to understand feature usage.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain your account and program access
- Process subscription payments and manage billing (via Stripe)
- Save your progress, workbook answers, and Pattern Log entries so they're available across sessions once you're signed in
- Respond to support requests sent to info@ncwr.app
- Improve and maintain the Service
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Anonymous / logged-out use
Some parts of the Service (such as Week 1 workbook fields) can be used without an account. In that case, your answers are kept only in your browser on your current device and are not sent to our servers unless and until you create an account and sign in, at which point they may be saved to your account going forward.
5. Third parties we work with
We share limited data with the following service providers, each of which processes data under their own privacy terms:
- Buildy — authentication (sign-up, sign-in, password reset)
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Supabase — storage of program images and account-related data
We do not share your information with any other third party except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data retention
We retain your account and program data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion (see Section 8), we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain certain billing records by law.
7. Security
We rely on industry-standard security practices from our service providers (Buildy, Stripe, Supabase) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to the Service.
8. Your rights and account deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@ncwr.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion; contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact info@ncwr.app and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
