Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to The War Room at ncwr.app, operated by NCW.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your charge date. To request a refund, email info@ncwr.app with the email address associated with your account and the date of the charge you'd like refunded. We'll process eligible refunds back to your original payment method via Stripe within a reasonable time after approval.

After the 7-day window

Charges older than 7 days are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period already paid for, but you'll retain access through the end of that period.

You can cancel your subscription from your account settings, or by emailing info@ncwr.app and we'll process the cancellation for you.
